Ingredients
  

  • 5 pounds red potatoes
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 11/2 cups mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 3 T Dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup finely diced sweet onion
  • 2 t dried dill
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 11/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

  1. cook the potatoes , cut potatoes into bite sized pieces. Salt the water.
  2. Make the dressing, combine mayo, sour cream, celery seed, garlic and onion powder, dill, pickle juice a and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Add the onion and eggs
  4. Combine with dressing. Mix well but gently.
  5. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
