Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 T salt. for pasta water
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 24 ounce jar, spaghetti sauce
  • S & P, to taste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh parsley, optional

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti, Drain
  2. Brown ground beef, Drain, add sauce,simmer for about 5minutes
  3. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream and spices until smooth
  4. Spread the spaghetti into a 9x13 dish
  5. Spread the cream cheese mix over spaghetti
  6. Pour meat sauce evenly over the noodles
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella
  8. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
