Method
- Add the milk, cream, and sugar to a saucepan.
- Warm over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, whisking occasionally.
- Do NOT boil- just heat until everything is combined and steaming.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla (if using)
- Let cool completely before transferring to mason jars with pour lids.
- STORAGE: Keep refrigerated for up to one week. Shake before each use.
