Soft & Creamy Scrambled Eggs

A simple method for making soft, creamy scrambled eggs that are tender and never dry.
Servings: 1

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 eggs
  • Pinch Salt & pepper
  • 1 T butter

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  2. .Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a small skillet over medium-low to medium high heat and melt butter.
  4. Pour the eggs into the pan and allow them to sit briefly as they begin to set.
  5. Using a spatula, gently move the eggs so the uncooked egg flows underneath.
  6. Cook slowly and do not beat the eggs around the pan.
  7. When the eggs are softly set and still slightly glossy, remove from the heat.
  8. Note: Remove the eggs just before they look completely done. They will finish cooking from the remaining heat in the pan.
