- Cook the pastacook pasta slightly past al dente. drain well
- Season the warm pastaWhile pasta is still warm add sweet pickle juice and a sprinkle of salt
- Allow pasta to cool slightly.
- Make the dressingMix together:mayo, mustard, sugar, and seasonings
- CombineAdd eggs, celery onion, red pepper, relish to pastaPour dressing over all and stir until evenly coated.
- ChillRefrigerate at least 2-4 hours Before serving, stir in another spoonful or two of mayo if needed before serving.
Notes
- Dice onions small so they don't overpower salad, this salad can be made ahead an tastes even better the next day, if it thickens in fridge too much add a little extra mayo before serving.
