Method
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking oil.
- Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake another 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Optional: Toss with your favorite sauce (buffalo, BBQ, garlic butter) or enjoy plain with dipping sauce.
