There’s something about a warm pan of homemade biscuits that just brings comfort into a busy day. These 4-ingredient biscuits are one of my favorite quick recipes-soft, golden, and ready in minutes with ingredients most of us already have on hand. They’re perfect next to soups, cozy breakfasts, or simple weeknight dinners. If you’ve been craving a no-fuss, dependable homemade biscuit, this is the one.

- Add milk. stir gently until a soft dough forms, if too dry add a few more tablespoons until combined.
- Knead and cut biscuit on lightly floured surface. Knead dough together five times, that is all! If you over knead you will have tough biscuits. Flatten dough with hands or rolling pin to 1/2 ich or more , depending on the thickness you like. Place biscuits on cookie sheet, sides touching.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until tops and bottoms are golden brown.
