For the Spaghetti

  • 12 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon salt (for pasta water)

For the Meat Sauce

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 24-ounce jar of your favorite marinara sauce

For the Cream Layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 cups shredded mozarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

How to Make Easy Baked Spaghetti

Step 1

Cook spaghetti until just al dente. Drain.

Step 2

Brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease and stir in the spaghetti sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.

Step 4

Spread the spaghetti into a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Step 5

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti.

Step 6

Top with remaining spaghetti.

Step 7

Pour the meat sauce evenly over the noodles.

Step 8
